Q 1. – I would like to know the basic model or format you follow personally?
A 1.- My general strategy is to help people Identify the following …
• Where are you (honestly) right now?
*Key – nothing in life can improve until you first admit something is not at the standard you desire.
• Help you to create a clear vision of precisely where you would like to go, your goals, and results.
*Key – goals and vision is what helps to create a compelling future in peoples lives and business.
• Draw up a clear plan of daily actions that can be applied to close the gap from where you are to where you want to be!
*Key – with consistent massive action, some fine tuning and being 100% committed to the vision and daily actions it makes just about any dream possible!
Q 2.- What is the Cost?
A 2. When answering this question I would look at the following.

What is the Price (investment) to achieve your dreams and goals
Vs.
What is the longterm cost of being stuck and never living at your true potential…
Price can only be determined by the value being added…
My personal philosophy is always add 10x's the value of what you charge!
Q 3.- What makes you different from other coach's? Why you?
A 3.- What makes me different? Well if you say my last names I'd say you are correct! But most people have no clue what my last names are (my initials are JARA) I have two…I tell people I've had a life time of "personal development" meaning, I have had 5 parents, 5 siblings, 9+ grandparents, 17+ aunts and uncles, and 27+ cousins… Meaning, I've been the oldest, the youngest, the middle and the only child… Meaning, I've had a lifetime of PERSPECTIVE!!
As far as perspective on fulfillment in life… I worked 3 months stacking lumber (hard labor) in Canada with a group of east Indian guys (one of which was 89 years old and had been working that job in both 100+ degree weather and in -5 in the snow since he was 16 years old) and learned how to enjoy working hard, also went and lived in a village in Uganda with some of the RICHEST people you'd ever meet…we had no running water, electricity or toilets…and Learned how to find true fulfillment within myself not in outside things.
As far as achievement… I earned a congressional award: gold medal (including over 400 hrs of community service and 500+ hours of personal development books, tapes…etc.), worked in just about every department at Robbins Research International and just this year when "the economy is crashing" started my own company and am just about to break 6 figures in less than a year…
So what makes me different…I am not going to speak on behalf of others but… I LIVE what I teach!
Q 4.- How do you find "the right" coach? I have had several coaches over the years, both business and personal, and after a few months it seems that I have learned everything I could from them or they are going in the opposite direction as me and I have to start all over again with someone new…
A 4.- Sounds like you have had some great mentors/teachers. The difference between a “coach” and a “mentor/teacher” is the following… a mentor will "Teach" you tools, concepts and ideas to help you. Many times they are the tools and ideas that have helped them the most in their life to achieve their goals.
A coach on the other hand is not a teacher… they are a catalyst! The coaches job is to assist you in identifying the tools, strategies, and systems that you ALREADY know (maybe adding in 1 or 2 new ones) and then holding you accountable to actually applying what you know!!! It is not their job to teach but more so to hold you accountable to stay on track! therefore you will never run out of "things to learn" from a coach because they are not teaching. The coaches job is to stay 100% focused on helping to spark a fire in you and ignite the inner strength that already exists!
